Can anyone point me to a maker or supplier of new ring and pinion gear sets for a Ford 8-inch axle in a ratio range somewhere between about 2.56 and
I know Ford made 2.79, because my 67 Coupe came with that ratio, but I haven't found any new replacement gears below 3.0.

oops mine is an 8.8 though

Each lists several manufacturers products. See something you like, the do a Google for the manufacturer.....
