It´s very fast and producing fuel is cheap and easy.

Hmm, I'd say if you forwarded those to the feds you would not have to worry about him trolling for a really long time. He might enjoy his vacation to Cuba as well... :-P

Forwarding spam like this is a waist time. The only spam ISP's will do anything about is high volume bulk spam. Ignoring is them is the best thing to do.

Not true... If enough people complain about one person something will be done. Typically they first get a warning before any actions are taken.
