Short answer? No! You'll need to create a fuel return or hack the fuel rails for one. Been there done that last year when I needed a replacemnet V6 for my 95. I got a 97 which added 10HP, My techies (Need For Speed in Clearwater, FL) researched this and found that sticking a 98 and up one in would be a lot more labour intensive and thus cost a lot more. I found $1800 enough for a 95 V6 that's probably worth less than $5000 anyway.

Your very welcome. That is what this place is all about, sharing of knowledge. If your technical enough and can do it yourself, you can put a

98+ V6 in a 94-97 V6 but it's going to take a lot of work, that fuel return/fuel rail issue is only part of it. I remember several more items I was told that needed to be changed, adapted in order for it to work.

Those motors are available very inexpensively... just about any year...
