i have a 96 s10 blazer that after you drive it seems like alot of dripping of water under the pass side without running air just normal vents open is this normal its water not colant. thank you

Make sure your a/c isn't on.

would it hurt to take out fuse for ac just to double check because it is not turned at switch on dash? thank you
No. Go for it. You could also just pull the electrical connector off the A/C compressor. It would be just as simple to look at the A/C compressor with the engine running -- if the "bars/links" at the center are spinning, the compressor is engaged and the A/C is "ON."
