Rear Wheel Bearing Seals

I replaced the rear wheel bearings on my '91 about two years ago with the repair bearings. These have the seals built in unlike the stock originals. Evidently I had a slow leak of rear end fluid through these seals since I replace them. Is this common? Or do certain manufactures make the seals with closer tolerances? Has anyone else had this problem?

I believe you are talking about the "axle saver" bearings? I'm not a big fan of them myself though they can postpone the purchase of new axles. The supplier of the bearings should be able to get you just the replacement seals, if you need. Verify that the housing vent isn't plugged.
