Your the one who stuck your nose in a conversation you had nothing to do with, until you decided to pipe in with a pointless post regarding that same conversation. Be a troll. I don't care. *Poof* you're gone.
"Does anybody really know what time it is, Does anybody really care?"
Hehe...
I have a clue for you. YOU DON"T OWN ANY THREAD ON USENET! Anyone has the right to say anything they want. What does a police chase have to do with street racing? IT'S NOT THE SAME THING! As for sticking your noise where it doesn't belong, take your own advise. 180 was responding to the original poster, not you.
Ahhh... classic Chicago. I have an MP3 disc in my truck with many of their old songs (and their best, IMO).
Before I forget...... it stops being racing if your opponent is black and white?????
(This is too funny. I just had to say that.)

Hmm. Fat people overeating to f--- up their lives via cardiac problems. Slower, but it kills more people than street racing ever will.

Best Chicago album was their 1st, entitled 'Chicago Transit Authority'. 'Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is' is on that, along with the Spencer Davis cover of 'I'm A Man'. Fabulous stuff.

Who ever said it was private?
Yep. I've got the CTA LP on my shelf at home, but unfortunately I don't have a working record player right now. MP3s will have to do for now. :)
Don't forget those pretty flashing lights on the roof or in the grill too. ;)

Well, it would certainly distort the term beyond any common understanding. Like, I dunno, calling Canada a multi-party state.

And that has what to do with what I said?

Downloaded the whole album from USENET a while ago - converted the 192 mp3s into wave files, tweaked them a bit in WaveLab, then made my own CD. Quality is superb.

Some of the recordings available in the MP3 groups are outstanding live versions. Plus, the recording quality of these songs are superb too.
How so???? Whether your opponent is beside you or behind you, the end result is going to be very, very real.
I made a statement about something that BOTHERED ME!!!!!! I offered a picture and a brief history and suddenly we see folks become obtuse.... I have offended some people (apparently) in a very real way. Now it is not death and injury that is the enemy, it is me..... simply the messenger.
I repeat.... I have seen street racers become the demise of race tracks...... taxpayers don't give a rosy red rats ass as to who races smart and who risks life and limb of innocents. Younger people can't see how the western world has evolved over the last 50 years. Both of our governments have slowly wedged their fingers into places we never wanted them to wedge their fingers - it will continue.... even to the point where HP/pound might enter into the picture.
None-the-less.... street racing has earned it's rightful place in the annals (or is that anals?) of "stupid human tricks"...... street racing is sex without a condom... hammering in a nail with your eyes closed... building a house with neither tape measure nor "story stick" (you young 'uns should have fun with that)... or begging the IRS for forgiveness with no receipts.
Offering criticism or cynicism with alternatives is one thing..... offering either as a single dish is quite another.
Maybe so, but they don't take anyone with them. Unless the concept of "second hand fat" is introduced by some clever lawyers, anyway.

Come on. That's stinkin' hilarious. Admit it.
