240 SX engine noise HELP! lol

Hi, I have a 1993 240SX SE. When the car idles, it vibrates and sounds like there's a marble in the cam cover. Can you guys narrow it down to 3 or 4 things that might be wrong? ... Can I fix these problems myself?

  2. Needs Seafoam.
  3. Needs oil.
