Left blinker not lit with parking or headlights on right one is lit.Both blinkers work? Are the flashers dual filiment and the left is burned out.Guys are telling me that the flashers aren't supposed to be lit as running lights with the lights on,but mine have always been on with the parking lights or headlights.
