i replaced the 'in tank' fuel pump on my 89 pick up because it wasn't getting fuel to the carb, this after the truck set for 2 years and only started once or twice, with the new pump i still am getting no fuel at the carb, could it be the pressure regulator? any and all suggestion are greatly appreciated...

yes, i replaced it with a k mart clear view filter, i've blown air through the carb in line to the tank output and it's clear, the relay clicks and you can hear the pump running in the tank when you turn the key on also, humm, i can't see why no fuel is getting to the carb end of the fuel line at least, i've unhooked the fuel filter just in case it adds pressure resestence, donno, anyone?
