i need to replace a broken coil in the front and was wondering how hard is it to change, thanks

Not hard at all if you have the right tools. If not, it is very dangerous.

very handy if you have it around), a breaker bar, a torque wrench, and a spring compressor (you can rent these). Make sure you check your front dampers when you replace the springs though. If the spring seats are damaged or if the damper body has been scratched/punctured, you will need to replace them too.
