99.5 Pathfinder - Timing Belt

Dear all,

I have a 99.5 Nissan Pathfinder LE. It has about 95,000 miles on it and the recommended Timing Belt change miles is 105,000. My question is that what else needs to be changed at the same time as the timing belt? Is it better to take it to the dealer or just a private shop?
