it was running great on thurs night and then fri morn . almost like running on 5 cyls, takes lots of gas pedal to start, white smoke and some blue out exhaust... CHUG CHUG idles really rough .... NOT DRIVEABLE !! I did compression test 150,150,145,150,125,150 #5 cylinder is low but not out.....HMMM New bosch Plug wires, would love some input guys :)

Check your oil, is it the color of a milkshake? Check your plugs and coolant too. Did you loose any coolant?
Sounds like a blown head gasket.
