Radio seems to have a mind of its own and changes stations automatically, maxima, nissan, tryitoz

Noticed in last few weeks while driving that radio station has changed. I know I did not press the buttons on the steering wheel (had car for 3 years-2001 Maxima) nor on the radio.

Anyone else have this anomaly?

Not a big problem but just wondering.
