Spec V Folding Rear Seat?

A question about the 2004 SE-R Spec V

Does the rear seat fold down? Half of it or all of it? I'm assuming the standard audio package, in case that matters.

It's an option. It's not an option on with the Audio Fanatic Package. Without the package, it may or may not fold down. Mine does not.
