heck, my trusty frontier didn't do cool enough, while it's in traffic gridlock aka hurry/stop/hurry/cuss/hurry/hate humanity more than usual misanthropy
recently had radiator service and a/c charging, there was a hose leak, and now it's putting out more cool air, though imperfectly, meaning to me good enough
