2000 Nissan Altima - Driver's side inside door panel

Can someone please describe to me in as much detail as possible how to remove the driver's side inside door panel. There are 2 screws on the side of the door that are concealed once the door is fully closed. One of the screws came lose and popped out, and before i had a chance to screw it back in, the part on the inside of the door shifted. Therefore, I am unable to put the screw back in. It appears I have to remove the door panel because there is no other access to the bracket on the inside of the door. I can not fully open the door at this time without forcing it open and closed. The bracket appears to have something to do with opening and closing the door. I fear that if I don't line up the bracket as soon as possible, that I will break the bracket all together.

I hope someone has the answer I am looking for. Please provide as much detail and description as possible.
