buying a used 106, what to look out for?

Hi,

I want to buy a used 106, year after '96, below 100000km and 45 or 60 hp. Can anyone tell me _specific_ lookouts for this car? I am familiar with buying a used car, so I am really only looking for 106-specific issues. What engine does it have, is it the TU from the smaller 205?
