Peugeot 306 XR, 1999 - Internal ventilation don't work

Heater fan rheostat which is part of the fan motor if you have A/C or in the air intake if without A/C.

Thanks for answer. Yes, it could be fan rheostat. (but ... I thought that it could somehing else. f.e. fuse, unconnected cable etc. it is simplest to repair:) )

Have you got any instruction how can I disassemble ventilation (fan) and change fan rheostat? Where can I buy that fan rheostat?

Do you have A/C or not? You can buy the rheostat from your Pug dealer for sure. Not sure anywhere else would have it new. Always use a scrapyard though for secondhand.

Then you need to change the rheostat in the air intake. Under the bonnet on the right hand side (looking at the car), beneath the grille. You will have to remove the wiper arms. Remove the grille and you will see the top of the air intake which is covered by a plastic trim. It is important that this is carefully removed and replaced as it stops water from entering the passenger compartment via the blower motor! Once removed you will see the rheostat in the air intake.
