Hi All:
What component moves to adjust the steering pump-water pump belt? Is it the power steering pump?
Thanks Wink Martindale

there is a spring loaded belt tensioner that adjusts the belt
no tightening is necessary. Belt tension is controlled by a spring loaded belt tensioner.
Look for the small pulley, There may be a hole in part of the pivot bracket for a 1/2 " square drive or the pulley may have a nut on it to move the pulley up or down to releive tension to remove the belt.
The nut on mine is 18mm.
