What would cause the right front brake caliper to stick causing the brake rotor to over heat?

Several things. Binding caliper slides (most common). Binding caliper piston. Bad brake hose (quite rare). GW

sometimes what seems obvious is not the real cause. If the right front brake is overheating, it may be caused by the left front NOT working. This puts all the braking job on the other side. RLK
