91 Sunbird won't start

91 sunbird with 2 ltr. won't start, can't hear fuel pump run when key is first turned on. I know its not getting gas to the injection. Before I remove the tank to replace the pump I would like to know where exactly the fuel pump relay is so I can check it.

might be under the hood with the rest of the relays.

They have lots of repair information, electrical diagrams, and a "component locater." Take a look. It might come in handy some day.
