Turned out to be pretty easy, with the right wrench. There is an opening under the front fascia behind the foglight. Two nuts to loosen, then the foglight can be pushed out from behind. Once out far enough, you can easily disconnect the electrical connection.
Reverse the steps to put it back. Then there is a wingnut on the back of the foglight that you turn to aim the light. I pointed the car at the garage door and turned on the lights. The light appeared to come out of the box aimed too low.
Whole process took less than 15 minutes.
