I have a strange problem. Ever time I put the drivers side window up or down, there is a noise. It appears to be the rubber is scraping on the glass. Is there anyway to quieting this down. It is no big problem just a pain in the you know what.

First you need to determine if something inside the door or part of the window sill strip broke loose and is scrapping the glass.
Any big scratch lines in the glass yet?
