Grand Am DOOR PANEL

I need to remove the driver's door panel to replace the side mirror. It has a mechanical remote. Is this as difficult as I imagine it to be? Can you tell me the steps to do this?

thnx everybody

No need to remove the door panel. Open the door, remove the two small phillips screws, remove triangle panel, remove mirror screws, remove mirror. Takes less than 10 minutes.

It has that cable with the little joy stick adjustment control. That's the thing that makes me think I need to remove the door panel. What now?

My G/A has the mirror knob sticking out of the triangle piece directly across from the mirror.

This one's on the door handle next to the electric door lock switch.
