I just purchased a 2002 Montana with a DVD player. Unfortunately the remote does seem to have made it in the transaction. Does anyone know if there is a universal remote that will control the DVD player or am I going to a dealer? For most DVD's you need the menu control to even play the DVD. (Which irritates the kids right now since they can see the menu, but I cannot make it play. :-))

Try and buy a generic universal remote at best buy or something, code it for whatever manufacture the DVD player is, and if it doesnt work, return it.
Yeah, I thought of that unfortunately I was not able to figure out who OEM's the DVD on the Montana. Thus finding the code would be a touch time consuming although not undoable. Do you know whose DVD player is the Montana?
