Trans Is Trying To Tell Me Something.

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday I had to wiat up to four minutes after starting the car before it would actually go into Drive and roll out of the garage.

I think the trans is trying to tell me something - again. : - (

Runs fine around town and on the highway, no slipping, shifts ok, no hesitation or noises. Just the initial No Go problem in the morning.

Last oil & filter change was 9000 miles ago. 114,000 miles on the 2001 rebuild.

The Trans Man said to check the oil level when put the car away for the night then again in the morning to see if the level increases. He said the torque converter might be draining overnight. Dodge was notorious for this TC drainage.

He wasn't sure about the filter seeing it was changed 9000 miles ago & no crud was in the pan. Oil is changed every 25,000 miles or so.

Also said try starting the car in the morning with the vacuum modulator hose off and see if the car rolls after shifting.
