If you are in the U.S., a large city auto salvage yard would be a good place to start. They get in stolen units that have been stripped. They also have VPN's to other yards. You could make your own out wrecks, a good front clip + a good fire wall back = whole car.
As Paulie mentioned try a salvage yard
Hint - The salvage yards in the more 'colorful ' neighborhood will yield a better crop of cars.
