I'm just a lurker, but I am a big fan of your posts. Haven't seen you around AAP much and just wanted to see if you were still with the group despite the extra trolling that has been going on lately. I know you are in SoCal, hope you are out of danger with these raging wild fires. I just saw on the news tonight that over 2000 homes have been destroyed and theres more to come. Let us know how things are going, the groups not the same without you!

Been busy buying a new home in the Seattle area. (You will be seeing me soon Dead Senator!) Besides, this group has been pretty much overrun by non-Porsche owners trying to make themselves feel better about the purchase they made. I spend more time in the 944 group where we can actually talk technical about our cars and over at Rennlist where these people rarely show up. Fires came close to me, but, I was in no real danger, my house is in a valley that leads right out to the ocean, and while inland a few miles, the onshore breezes basically push mostly to the east and the fire was forced outward and downward past my house by about 2 miles.
