WTB In Canada 968 - FS '84 944

i'm looking to sell my '84 944 or trade up to a 968 (slim chance, but i thought i'd try). a pic of my 944 can be seen at trueslide.8m.com before last winters paint job. last winter i had it repainted orange, put a new (not rebuilt) bosch 2nd gen starter, NEW rack and pinion, bushings, linkages, etc..., new front tire (someone slashed 1 tire), new drivers side power window motor, new sideview mirrors both sides, new door latches both sides, new glass in sunroof (yes, gold tinted glass, porsche OEM believe it or not), new plugs and wires, new panasonic cd, pheonix gold amp & 2 12" subs & 2 6" sony explode, rewired from fuse box to lights most of the signal markers (funny short problem), and maybe a few other things i can't recall. all in all the car has been very babied it's whole life. i have all new belts and filters that go with the car (this winters project if it doesn't sell). the paint is a 3 stage lamborghini orange and is very 'deep'. the car was stripped down to the metal and fiberglass and totally went over except the engine compartment (i kinda like the two tone thing, and it is immaculate under there). all this car needs is a new owner to love it. it still has the factory installed muffler (although i put a test pipe in place of the u know what but have the original u know what... since removing the catalytic converter is illegal that's not what i'm talking about ;-) )

anyways... i'm looking for a 968 in good shape in canada. can anyone help?

thanks in advance - porsche 944 at shaw period ca (do the usuall to reply)

the website is out of date, but the discussion forum is very lively. No of Canuck owners, several cars for sale (at dealers IIRC) were mentioned. Regards, Martin
