Maintenance Intervals

2001 - Why are time intervals specified, for : oil & filter, inverter & engine coolants, changes ? ... And, onlt 2 years for the coolants ..

Yes, and it is because of the additive packages wearing out.

In the case of coolant they are trying to control the corrosive properties of water with anti-corrosion additives, and those additive chemicals get used up as they do their job eventually allowing corrosion to occur.

In the case of oil the time limit is added for those that don't drive long enough each time to get the oil good and hot and drive (boil) off collected moisture, even when the car sits undriven temperature changes make the crankcase breathe and collect some moisture.
