You should get a table of contents with live links. Hopefully it's self explanatory. I've tried it with IE, Firefox and Mozilla. If there are any problems or suggestions, post a complaint and I'll try to address it.If anyone wants, I could probably put all of the relevant files into a downloadable zip. It works a whole lot faster off a hard drive.
