... when i drive between 65-80 mph, the windscreen makes an annoying high-potched humming/buzzing noise. (the exact speed at which it makes the noise seems to be dependent on how hot/humid the day is). the source of the sound appears to be the black "tape" at center-top part of the windcreen. any suggestions for remedying this problem? thanks.

Wow, I thought my 97 900se was the only one. To fix it, I usually just speed up or slow down. Seems the cheapest fix...
