ABS warning light ventilation fan a/c - HELP

About a month ago, the ABS warning light began to come on while I am driving. It resets whenever I restart the engine.

Around that time I noticed that the ventilation doesn't always come on. Sometimes it will go if I stop and restart the engine, or insert the fuse while the car is running.

Now warm weather has come and the A/C isn't working. Even if I get the fan to go, the air is not cold. When I am driving, I notice no difference when I switch from AUTO to ECON suggesting that the compressor isn't working.

I have checked all the appropriate fuses. I have reset the ACC several times.

I wonder if these three issues could be related. I notice that these systems shares common fuses.
