As you all know, pre 2001 9-5 do not have in dash turbo gauge.
Has anyone here fitted 9-5 Aero/ 2001 onwards 9-5 LPT dash to '98-00 Car.
Does '98-00 ECU Support Turbo gauge?
I'm fully aware of availability of after market gauges, that are more accurate and with precise graduations as opposed to green, yellow and red;
However I want a standard dash with turbo gauge and nothing else.

No. Only Low Pressure Turbos (LPT) had no gauge. FPTs always had a gauge.
It's just a pressure gauge. It does not tie into the ECU.
If that's what you want, go for it! Just don't try and pass it off as a FPT...
I wasn't referring to Aero's and Viggens. And to be quite honest no one refers to any 9-5's as FPT's as that primarily relates to 9000's and previous. 9-5 Owners either say LPT's, Viggens or Aero's.
On 9-5's, the "standard" in dash boost gauge receives signal from the Trionic ECU. This is also why dealers can calibrate the gauge needle max by Computer.
Aftermarket gauges tie into actual pipes and provide more precise measurement.
I think you will find many "lpts" out there with 260bhp stage III doing more than that.

I "strongly" believe, in the 1998-2000 era, only Aero's and maybe Viggens, Crossflow models had a turbo boost gauge in the dash.
I believe from 2001 onwards the gauge became default in all models, or maybe just SE upwards.
Yup. My info tells me The Trionic 7 ECU provides signal, where as I "believe" previous saabs are Trionic 5?
The full dash is easy to come by, just don't want to waste cash buying wrong pod, or finding out it can't be done after buying one.
