gearbox needed

Hi,

Where would I be able to find a rebuilt/new gearbox that is affordable for my 1995 saab 900 se turbo manual transmission. I've been searching everywhere and can't seem to find one that is good price. I'm getting quotes for over $1000, which is quite expensive for the part.

Does anyone know where I would be able to find this at an affordable price.

Where are you? I've seen several NG900's at the local yards here but that won't necessarily help you much.
