vibrations out of round rear tire?

IME depends very much on the car and the degree of the problem - ranging from driver totally unaware (until we told him) to major regular bumping and vibration. I'd expect a regular but speed variable rhythmic vibration or unsettling feel through the floor or the back though. Cheers
