Try a SAAB dealer, ask for part number (10)4069373 (according to the Eletronic Parts Catalogue), price in Sweden about 40 skr, in $ that would be around 5,50.

I replaced the bulbs in the window switches of my gf's 900 with small green LED's. It was quite easy to find space in the switch for a little T1 LED and

1/8W resistor. Just make sure you get the polarity right, I used a DMM to check the voltage going to the bulb at the connector to make sure I got it wired the right way around. Doesn't matter for incandescent bulbs, but LED's are polarized. An LED will last the life of the car though.
