Ok...stupid question.. but.... do tire distributors (not retail) sell complete valve stems with valves, or do I usually need to buy both the stem and valve seperately.... Id rather sound stupid here than appear stupid to a distributor..lol

The valve and stem are sold as one. You can goto the auto secton of walmart or a simular place in your area and get what you need. They will often be in packages with more than one.
