Perhaps this is a silly question for someone like me, but perhaps this is the best place to post this question. I consider myself "adequate" with a manual transmission and would really like to improve on my shifting skills. Is there a web site that can help me? TIA

How do you mean "better"? If you're fairly new to standards all I can suggest is "practice, practice, practice". You'll know when you're there when you subconsciously shift smoothly.
If it's technical info you're looking for (best shift points, etc.) there's a wealth of info out on the web.
