Was wondering if anybody knows the service bulletin for this. Received it about 8 months ago. Stating malfuntion with running lights. They stop working or start blinking. Mine is doing it now, but I can find the recall.

I hadn't heard about it.
I did just replace the passenger side headlight for my wife's '05 Vue last night, though. What a PITA! I had to unscrew two bolts, pry the headlight assembly out of it's location then force the cap off and finally twist the bulb out.
Took me about fifteen minutes, including trying to find the right size rachet adapter!
I did the same for the DRL's on my '06 Avalanche a few months back and it took me two minutes. Slide out the retaining clip, pull up on the assembly, twist the bulb out, replace.
