Have the TSBs corrected the problem with the headlights and guage lights flickering? We followed someone on an early morning trip last week and they said it looked as though I was flicking my high beams at them.

So far, it appears that the repair has worked. The voltage regulator was replaced and the dash lights are nice and steady. I'll have to follow my brother again and see how the headlights are doing.
Bad regulators are pretty common on this car.
