Does Saturn still have the "one price" deal? That is, is there negotiation over price at the dealership? Thanks!

They are offering up to 1,500.00 off the price and zero percent financing on their models. I know, I'm picking up my ION 3 Thursday and this deal was better than leasing like I did with my 2001 SL2.
