I leave the visors down in lieu of a good sun shield across the windshield. The fabric has now started to crumble.
Anyone have a suggestion for replacements or covers in lieu of buying factory replacements?

Several years ago, I replaced the headliner in my '92 SL2. After that, the sunvisors looked horrible next to the new material. The visors would have cost more to have covered than purchased new at the dealer. I bought two new visors for less than $50. If you have to pay full retail price, that would be different. But if you can talk your parts guy into a discount, buy them.
