I just wanted to know about the Carter Lake area. I thought about staying at the Super 8 at Carter Lake. Sure don't want to get in the wrong part of town. I can only stay for 2 days. Thanks

Carter Lake area can be a bad area ir a good area. . .give me the hotel or address and I can find out for you.
Carter Lake is in Iowa but due to the river change it really connected to Omaha. . .and close to the airport.

On the Iowa side in Council Bluffs, IA they have a few hotels connected to River Boat Gambling I not know the price but they could be cheaper and are not that far from the meet Hotel.
