What do you call a mostly original car that looks like a rod at first glance ?

I'd also bet the drive train would be a tad tired with the mileage stated.

Those hubcaps suck. Also, what is (brown and champing)? A color? Is champing like mauve, another color I have no idea what it looks like?

Studebaker was way ahead of their time-with the 7-digit odometer.

I think he meant dark brown and champagne (eg, champagne = light gold with slight greenish tinge)

A fake rod? Just get rid of those wheelcovers and the car would be nice, even with that strange two-tone, but not at that price. I wil sell you both of my Studebakers, at a slight loss, for that much.

Probably a moot point, but I'd love to know how this guy set the price on this one-seems like so many people start with 20k,then add the actual value of the car-to arrive at an asking price?

Some folks have no clue as to a Studebakers value and it cuts both ways. I've hit the BIN on many cars where the owner set the price to what he paid 5, 10 or 15 years ago.
