Sunday afternoon a couple who lives across the street came over and introduced themselves and brought us a bag of vegetables from their garden. Barry, I think that you missed the follow-up. The Mayor was talking "milk chocolate," the half-breed stuff that Yanks and Brits seem to like so much, not the real chocolate much of the rest of the world enjoys, Whan we hear "chocolate" we naturally assume is what we know as chocolate milk chocolate.
