I guess I finally made it all the way to redneckdom. I now live on a dirt road, off the "main" dirt road. BUT....there are no more hoopty cars spouting "gangsta" rap, no more "bruthus" constantly yelling at each other, no more garbage being piled up on the street. If a hoopty car came in THIS neck 'o the woods, guns would appear out windows...hell, people will grab 'em and head to the street! My new house is awash in unopened boxes, the new big yard needs some work, and the new house won't be "together" for a long time, but life is good and getting better. Only eight miles away from the shop. Maybe I will dig out that confederate battle flag tag I have somewhere and stick it on the old Chevy truck...'cept I don't have a clue which box it's in.... All I need now is a dump truck and some cows.... BTW young Captain, start setting at least a week aside this summer to come and work (maybe even learn?) on some stuff. Might even have a fishing trip lined up...fish that is, not Studes..although some Studes might be "floating around" in the woods. Got a line on another parts car today and might have time to go and see it tomorrow now that the moving dust is settling. Studebaker George
The parts car is either a "50 or 52..but maybe a 53 or 55" according to the owner.. Studebaker George
