Set up some of the primary election stuff at a local church where the voting will be tomorrow.
What if they gave an election and no one came? I expect that we'll find out tomorrow. Nothing covered by this precinct that is of interest.
But there are some interesting voting returns I will watch! They are the Eurovision song contest.( Rex Burr of SOC UK sent me a tape after my pleading.) That's where ABBA got their start - and it's gone downhill ever since. One time Riverdance was the intermission entertainment (while votes were being counted) . Who won? Hell, who cares. Riverdance was the best thing going.
A winner in the mid-1990s was the shapely, long legged Dana International from Israel. Fantastic looking creature. Former Israeli soldier. So what, you might ask - many Israeli girls go into the army. She did joined when she was a he. Fantastic beauty, though.
(Don't bother asking why Israel get to was send an entry to the EUROvision Song Contest. I don't know.)
As to the voting, it's always fun to watch the Greeks vote for Cyprus, no matter how bad, as the Cypriots vote for Greece. Other nations also vote politically, too.
Who will win the Republican nomination for Governor? I don't know Maybe Dana International would if s/he lived here!
