I predict that this will be like the Yakima sale: 500 bidders and 100 Studebakers, about 20 of which were worth hauling home. The good Golden Hawk which had been widely advertised was withdrawn shortly before the start of the sale. I knew as soon as I arrived & saw all of the swarms of high rollers, that I had better forget the cars, and see if there were any good parts I could afford. The family was stunned at the huge amount of $$ they netted, & any of the better vehicles could have been bought for less out of Hemmings or ebay.
