Hi,
Does anyone know if the older Yakima Doublecross towers attach to the 05 Outack factory roof? Yakima only mentions the newer Lowrider towers on their web site.

Just put them on myself last week. The Doublecross towers fit just fine on the 05 Outback roof. The Lowrider is just the newer redesigned (lower profile) Dblcross. With the Lowrider, the crossbars sit maybe
1" lower. They might look a bit more "sleak" on the subie, but I'm not spending another $ for that inch.-- Bill
